Fabric, the London nightclub that was closed earlier this year, is set to reopen following a last-minute appeal hearing, according to reports.

Islington Council closed the club after two drug related deaths of 18-year-olds.

Judge Robin McPhee made the final decision, reports the Independent, at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court. The set of rules the venue must follow include people under the age of 19 not being allowed in, which will be enforced by ID scanners and CCTV monitoring, and a permanent ban for anyone caught dealing or in possession of drugs.
